Jackie Anderson, PMP
President

Jackie brings over 30 years of experience in the project and program management fields, including significant background in problem solving, conflict resolution, and contract negotiation. Jackie founded EPA Systems, LLC in 2010 and serves as the company's President. She establishes and maintains partnering arrangements with other small to mid-sized companies, allowing EPA Systems to provide clients outstanding and experienced technical teams while still bringing competitive turn-key services at higher quality and lower cost than larger organizations.

Jackie is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute. She received her degrees from Emory University and the University of Texas at Austin.


Eric Anderson, PMP
Senior Partner

Eric is an expert in all facets of air emissions measurements. During the course of his 30 year career he has designed, executed, and managed air emissions measurement programs for a variety of industries and industrial clients. He has extensive experience across all three major areas of air emissions monitoring including ambient and meteorological, source, and fugitive measurements.

Eric’s vast international experience includes having worked in a number of foreign countries, particularly the Middle East. He is quite knowledgeable in U.S. EPA LDAR regulations and in particular has expertise in the application of optical imaging cameras to detect fugitive emissions from oil and gas facilities. He has published extensively with a number of publications and conference papers.

Eric is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute. He graduated from Missouri State University (formerly Southwest Missouri State University) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Chemistry.
